How do I get appointed with Ogletree Financial?
Start on our contact page or call Holly Mitchell in Contracting & New Business at (334) 209-0541. We'll walk you through carrier contracting paperwork and get your appointments processed — most agents are ready to write business within a few days of submitting completed contracting.
Which carriers can I write through Ogletree Financial?
We hold contracts with 13 of the industry's top life and annuity carriers, including Accordia Life, AIG, AXA, John Hancock, Lincoln Financial, and more. See the full list on our carriers page.
What products do you support?
Term life, indexed universal life (IUL), whole life, guaranteed universal life, final expense, fixed annuities, and fixed indexed annuities. If a client need falls outside those lines, ask us — we can usually point you to a solution.
Is there a cost to partner with you?
No. There are no fees to contract through Ogletree Financial. We're compensated by the carriers, and you keep access to competitive street-level (or better) commission rates.
Do I have to give up my existing carrier contracts?
No. You can contract with us for the carriers you need while keeping existing relationships elsewhere. Many agents start with one or two carriers through us and expand over time.
How do I run quotes and illustrations?
Contact Doug Mitchell at (334) 821-7137 for quotes, product recommendations, and illustrations, or use the quoting tools in the advisor portal. We'll help you position the right product and carrier for each case.
Do you offer case support and underwriting help?
Yes. We provide field underwriting guidance, help you shop impaired-risk cases across carriers, and track your business from application through commission payment.
Do you provide leads or marketing support?
Yes — we offer lead and marketing programs to help you build a predictable pipeline. See our Leads and Marketing page for current programs, or call us to talk through what fits your practice.
